A graduate of Florida State University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Peggy has a long track record of developing leading-edge strategies that drive inclusive leadership practices. A national thought-leader for advancing cultural competence and equity, Peggy has received numerous national recognitions including Top Women in Healthcare, and she is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. She is married to husband, Harvey, and has daughters - Victoria, Kathryn, Jacquelin & Rachel.

 She is also the mom of a fur baby, Tabby III.

A graduate of Bowie State University and Hampton University, Victoria is is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), working in the legal industry. Victoria’s continuous goal in life is to strive towards self- actualization by maintaining a spirit of willingness to try new things. In addition to working as a Senior Accountant, Victoria serves on the board of several non-profits and supports numerous charities. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys biking and hot yoga, working on puzzles and studying to becoming a certified fraud examiner. She is is the mother of two “fur babies”, Rocky & Mario, daughter of Peggy & Harvey Harris, and granddaughter of Elizabeth (Posey) & Elijah Davis.

An honors graduate of Fordham University, Jacquelin is a preeminent dancer with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. The recipient of several awards and honors, she was named one of “25 to Watch” by Dance Magazine. She received a 2017 dance fellowship from the Princess Grace Foundation-USA; and has performed as a guest artist with Twyla Tharp, the Merce Cunningham Trust, and Roderick George, among other notables. She is the mother to one “fur baby,” Shiva Diva, daughter of Peggy & Harvey Harris, and granddaughter of Elizabeth (Posey) & Elijah Davis.

A graduate of Florida A&M University, South University, and Capella University, Alicia is the founder and principal of Chatman Consulting, a firm specializing in healthcare operations and performance improvement. Additionally, she is the owner of Jax Enterprises, an e-commerce business. Alicia is a faculty member at Howard University, Syracuse University, and the University of North Alabama. Alicia is the devoted mother of two children: Jaxson Alexander and Ava Jayne, the daughter of Mary Davis-Upshaw, and granddaughter of Elizabeth (Posey) & Elijah Davis.

A native of Miami, FL and educated in the Miami Public School System, Jacqueline is a multifaceted talent in the entertainment industry as a dynamic and versatile SAG AFTRA actor, producer, filmmaker, and singer. She is known for Hood Angels (2003), the Morning After (2014) and London and Bridges (2023), among others. Jacqueline is a devoted wife to Pinkney, Jr. (PJ), mother to her sons: Craig, Kalil, and Kimoni, daughter of Kenneth Posey, and granddaughter of Elizabeth (Posey) & Elijah Davis.

A graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a major in Nuclear Science and Engineering, Kathryn is an interventional cardiologist. She is a graduate of Meharry Medical College and completed internal medicine residency at the University of Maryland as well as cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowships at UPMC in Pittsburgh. Kathryn specializes in structural interventions such as heart valve repair/ replacements and closing holes in hearts. She is a proud member of the Association of Black Cardiologists and hopes to make a difference in her community, especially for minority patients. She is member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. Kathryn is a dog mom to one “fur baby,” a rottweiler named Apollo, daughter of Peggy & Harvey Harris, and granddaughter of Elizabeth (Posey) & Elijah Davis.

A Cum Laude graduate of the University of Southern California Gloria Kaufman School of Dance, Rachel is a dancer and director for stage, film, and immersive theater based in New York City. She has performed with many companies including Parsons Dance and the Metropolitan Opera. Rachel is also a choreographer in her own right creating work for institutions like Howard University and Traverse City Dance Project. Rachel has interests in journalism, sustainability, and female empowerment and has served as the co-founder of Beautiful Empowered Young Queens, Inc. Rachel is the daughter of Peggy & Harvey Harris and granddaughter of Elizabeth (Posey) & Elijah Davis.

A native of Union Springs, AL and educated in the Union Springs Public School System, Elijah has an entrepreneurial spirit. He is a Logistics Engineer and owns his own business, M&E Investments, LLC. Elijah is happily married to his wife, Valerie, the father of two children: Elijah Jr. and Mariah, son of Patricia Davis, and grandson of Elizabeth (Posey) & Elijah Davis.

A graduate of the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Reeva has enjoyed an extensive career as a Registered Nurse with experience as an intensive care practitioner and insurance industry professional. An avid gardener and expert cook, Reeva takes after her grandfather, Elijah, and is affectionately known by the family as “farmer Reeva”. Reeva is a wife to the late Dan Finney, mother to Jessica, grandmother to Mason Elijah, daughter of Ethel Jones and granddaughter of Elizabeth (Posey) & Elijah Davis.

A native of Detroit, MI and educated in the Detroit, MI Public School System, Tamera (aka Nikki) is a “fashionista” enjoying modeling the latest hairstyles and fashion. Additionally, Nikki enjoys spending time with and helping her parents when she is not working in a Detroit area company. Nikki is the mother of three: Jaylin, Brianna and Chosen, daughter of Eula Lovett and granddaughter of Elizabeth (Posey) & Elijah Davis.

Jessica Dukes holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. With over a decade of experience in STEM instruction, she brings a powerful combination of technical knowledge and educational leadership to everything she does. Jessica is passionate about advancing equity in education and creating accessible pathways for learners to thrive in STEM and beyond. Jessica is a mother to her "fur baby" Jrue Sebastian, great- grandaughter to Rebecca Davis Foster Sneed who is sister to Elijah Posey.
